During your handover inspection, we check:

We inspect the operation, fit and finish of doors, windows, cabinetry and fixtures.
Plumbing, electrical and appliances
We check the visible installation and operation of plumbing fixtures, electrical fittings and installed appliances.
Workmanship and completion
We identify incomplete work, defects and items that do not meet the expected standard or the approved plans and specifications.
Detailed same-day report
You'll receive a detailed same-day report with photographs and clear explanations, making it easy to present any outstanding items to your builder before handover.
