External areas
We examine the exterior walls, cladding, windows, doors, stairs, balconies, decks, and paving for structural issues, weather damage and safety hazards.

Roof exterior
Where accessible, we inspect the roof covering, flashings, gutters, downpipes, and chimneys for signs of leaks, deterioration and maintenance requirements.

Roof space
Inside the roof cavity, we assess ventilation, framing, and structural integrity to detect leaks and movement.

Subfloor
Where accessible, we inspect the foundations, stumps, piers, drainage, ventilation, and framing timbers for signs of dampness, rot or structural concerns.
