• 3-4 bedrooms $350.00

• 5+ bedrooms $400.00

We carefully assess every key area of the home and provide a report same day, including:

• Secure external doors – must have functioning deadlocks

• Windows – lockable with latches and privacy coverings

• Heating – fixed heater in the main living area

• Lighting – working light fixtures in all rooms

• Kitchen – stovetop and food preparation space

• Bathroom – washbasin, shower/bath, hot and cold water

• Functioning Toilet

• Laundry – reasonable facilities onsite or external

• Structure – free from mould, damp and hazards

• Ventilation - ventilation in working order

• Pests – property free from pests and vermin at handover
